Refund Policy
Return policy is only affected for damaged goods. We try to package our product for delivery as safe as possible, however handling the delivery and route is out of our control.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us/let us know of your intent to return an item by email at [email protected], your item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its status via email. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Policy
We take pride in preparing all orders fresh and strive to deliver them as quickly as possible.
Products expected to be ready for delivery within 24-48 hours. The appropriate delivery fee will be applied for selected postcodes, while standard shipping costs by Australia Post will be apply for all other destinations.
It is important to note that Australia Post restrictions prohibit us from sending parcels over 5kg to a PO Box.

This measure is taken to ensure the safety of transmitting sensitive information, such as your credit card number, over the internet.
